Only the person whose name appears on the report can obtain a copy.

Burning Permits may be obtained from the Fire Inspection Division at Moss Point Fire Department 4204 Bellview Ave. Moss Point, Ms. The Fire Inspection Division's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The current burn permit cost is twelve dollars. Burn Permits are good for one year from date of purchase. All burning regulations are listed on permit and must be followed.
