How can I obtain a copy of a report?

Only the person whose name appears on the report can obtain a copy.

Incident Reports can be picked up at the Moss Point Police Department Record’s Division by the person who filed the report. Note: there is no fee for the individual who filed the incident report. If you are a defendant or suspect in a case, you will need to contact Municipal Court at 228-474-3644 about obtaining discovery.

Parking Lot Accidents are not recorded by officers on State Forms and can only be purchased in the Record’s Division at a cost of $10.00.
