At the Trash Pot Cookoff, local chefs and amateur cooks alike gather around steaming pots filled with flavorful Gulf Coast favorites. Think perfectly seasoned crawfish, juicy shrimp, roast, chicken, sweet corn, potatoes, sausage, and more, all simmering together to create an unforgettable taste of Southern hospitality.
