River City Kids & Teens Club: Summer Camps in Moss Point

A Summer of Learning, Fun, and Real Experiences for Ages 7 to 18

This summer, Moss Point sets a new standard for youth engagement with the River City Kids Club and River City Teens Club. These programs will operate from June 16 through July 16 at 4131 Sue Ellen Street, offering students ages 7 to 18 a month filled with learning, creativity, and connection. Sessions will be held each weekday from 4:00 to 6:00 in the evening.

The River City Kids Club is open to children ages 7 to 12. Participants will explore technology through hands-on drone stations and video production activities. Daily sessions also include music creation, arts and crafts, interactive technology labs, influencer and social media workshops, and opportunities to host TV shows. Group snack breaks and creative games foster teamwork and friendships.

For youth ages 13 to 18, the River City Teens Club provides an advanced track. Teen participants can take part in entrepreneurship workshops, business projects, cosmetology, and barbering sessions. The program offers creative outlets through music, content creation, fitness challenges, and collaborative art. Each session is designed to build confidence, leadership, and practical skills for young adults.

Both clubs are committed to a safe, positive environment where students are encouraged to try new things, develop new talents, and form meaningful friendships. The final day of the program features a community rodeo challenge highlighted by the popular mechanical bull event, ensuring that the summer ends with excitement and pride for all who participate.
