Vendor Registration

Registration is not complete until payment is received. If any online or printed promotional materials are schedule to be disseminated prior to the event, ONLY completed/paid registrations will be included.

You may register and pay (if you chose cash pay) by the Wednesday before the event to receive your permit.

Sales Tax Reports

Return your Mississippi Department of Revenue (DOR) sales tax form with payment to the Main Street representative before leaving.

All participants must submit a signed and dated sales tax report form. This includes zero sales, non-profits, those who pay online, and exempt vendors. Exempt vendors must include a copy of their DOR exemption letter with the sales tax form.

PLEASE NOTE – THERE ARE 3 REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Food Vendors registration costs are $50

Merchandise Vendors registration costs are $25

If you sell both, your registration costs are $50 as a food vendor.

Exhibits/Informational Vendors must register but your fee is $0 as long as you are not selling any food or merchandise.
