Municipal Court

Mission

The Municipal Court Division is responsible for processing and maintaining accurate records of citations, including all traffic violations and other felony/misdemeanor charges filed by the Moss Point Police Department, Code Enforcement, and any complaints filed by citizens. Services include the preparation of complaints, the administration of oaths to persons filing complaints, and the preparation of necessary summonses, arrest warrants, and subpoenas.

The Judge and Prosecutor are all part-time and available during court, which is held on Friday mornings.
