The City of Moss Point is now accepting proposals from qualified service providers for landscape maintenance, lawn care, and event cleanup services across public spaces, city facilities, and major thoroughfares. The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 7, 2025, by 12:00 noon
Key Requirements

Initial service costs must be submitted as a single upfront estimate (see submitted questions response).

Contractors are responsible for mowing from the curb to the service road where applicable.

Proposal must include details such as:

Company structure and experience

Staffing and qualifications

Three references from similar contracts

Insurance documentation

Pricing per site with seasonal visit breakdown

Bid Opening: March 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Moss Point City Hall

Start of Work: July 1, 2025

Additional Info
This is a two-year contract with an option for up to two one-year extensions. The City reserves the right to select one or multiple contractors depending on what is most advantageous.
