City seeks public input on proposed updates to economic development goals and the 2025 Annual Action Plan
The City of Moss Point invites residents to take part in two scheduled public hearings regarding updates to the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding plans. These hearings are held in compliance with requirements from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are designed to give the public a voice in how federal grant funds will be allocated.

A draft version of the 2025 Annual Action Plan that aligns with the new 2025–2026 Consolidated Plan
These updates are intended to ensure that the City’s use of CDBG funds remains effective, relevant, and responsive to current needs. Public participation is encouraged and plays a critical role in shaping how these resources will be used to support economic growth and community development across Moss Point.
Residents, local organizations, and stakeholders are encouraged to attend and provide feedback.
