Utility Department Closure for Staff Training on January 7th, 2026

The City of Moss Point Utility Department will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, to allow staff to participate in scheduled training.

Closure Details

• Date: Wednesday, January 7th, 2026

• Closed: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Regular operations resume: 1:00 p.m.

This training is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to improving efficiency, safety, and service quality for Moss Point residents and customers. While the office will be closed during the morning hours, normal operations will resume promptly at 1:00 p.m. the same day.

Residents and customers are encouraged to plan accordingly if they need to visit or contact the Utility Department during this time.
