The City of Moss Point is accepting sealed bids for the Robinhood Sewer Replacement Project, with a deadline of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
This project includes furnishing and installing new sewer lines and manholes to replace the existing failing system along Robinhood Drive in Moss Point, Mississippi.
Deadline: Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
Location: City Clerk’s Office, 4320 McInnis Avenue, Moss Point, MS 39563
Bid Opening: City Hall Meeting Room, same address, immediately following the deadline
Electronic Submission: Allowed via cityofmosspointbids.com
Note: Electronic bids must include a document stating the same language required on the face of sealed envelopes.
A Bid Bond, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check equal to 5% of the bid amount is required.
A 100% Payment and Performance Bond is required for any bid over $25,000.
All work must be completed within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
Liquidated damages of $500 per day apply to delays.
This project is funded in part by the HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery program through the Mississippi Development Authority.
All applicable federal and state rules apply, including Section 3 hiring requirements and Davis-Bacon Act wage standards.
