An inspection of the building and premises must be completed before deposits can be made for a new address. The inspection fee is $15 and a Certificate of Occupancy is issued once requirements are met.
All prior balances on file must be paid before a deposit can be accepted for a new address. New service can be set up in person at Utility Services, 4320 McInnis Avenue, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Without a lease, a notarized statement from the property owner is required in its place.
Owner or renter, the deposit amount is the same. If both water and gas are required, the deposit and connection fee applies per service.
